Founded by Avery Cox in 2016, Avery Cox Design is a boutique studio based in Austin and Dallas, creating bold, artful and deeply personal homes across Texas and beyond. We bring a fearless approach to large-scale renovations, ground-up builds and hospitality projects — blending expressive color, period furnishings and a modern take on old-world charm.
Raised in Dallas by a mother who painted, Avery studied interior design at the University of Georgia and trained under some of the East Coast's most respected firms in New York before returning home to Texas. Every project begins the same way: getting to know you first, so the finished home reflects your story rather than any single agenda.

We're a full-service studio working on luxury residential and hospitality projects — from large-scale renovations and historic restorations to ground-up new builds. We specialize in classically inspired architecture and homes that call for a confident, artful hand.
Our studio is in Austin, with a strong presence in Dallas — but we design homes across Texas and around the country, from Atlanta to Vermont to Wyoming. Travel for the right project is very much part of what we do.
